The sample cocktail party menus presented on this website demonstrate our versatility and style. They are by no means the spectrum of our capabilities. We enjoy working with each client to customize a menu that suits their budget and types of foods they would like to serve their guests. Professional chefs in our commercial catering kitchen located at 1300 Garrison Drive in Williamsburg prepare the foods from “scratch”. We use only the best ingredients and we are constantly developing new ideas and recipes to add to our repertoire.

The food we prepare is tastefully arranged on our serving pieces. We offer a look that is residential, as opposed to a commercial hotel look. A variety of silver, crystal and china allows for an elegant presentation. Should you care to use any of your serving pieces it would be our pleasure to arrange the food on them and treat them as one of our own. Glass cocktail plates, napkins and forks are also included. 

Our prices range from $19.00 per person for a simple reception to $50.00 per person for an elaborate affair. Our service staff is well trained and has a minimum of 5 years experience. We can also provide bartenders as well as servers. Beverage service packages begin at $5.00 per person when the client provides all the alcoholic beverages. Our fee for a beer and wine bar is $11.00 per person and a full premium bar is $16.00 per person, should you like us to provide alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. These fees are based on a minimum of 30 guests and include a bartender, all appropriate glassware, ice, drink garnishes, cocktail napkins and table linen.

Our minimum fee for any catered event is $550.00 in order to cover our operating costs. 10% of the food bill is added to the final bill cover the Meal & Sales Tax levied by the city and the state. The fee for the service staff varies with each event depending on certain factors such as the number of guests, the length of time for the event and the nature of the menu. Typically the fee is $75.00 per server.
