Creative Cuisines caters rehearsal dinners at many locations in the Williamsburg area for up to 100 people. Menus included here are some of our favorites, but the possibilities are limitless. We will be happy to create a menu just for your party, based on the bride and groom’s ideas, the time of year, the number of guests, and the budget. We urge you to wait until the wedding menu has been finalized before making your decision. We know you would not want to serve the same foods that the bride has chosen for the reception.

Menu prices are based on a minimum of 30 guests. For parties fewer than 30, a surcharge may apply.

Bar Service

Several beverage plans are available, depending on whether you prefer a full open bar or wine service only. Costs range from $5.00 to $16.00 per person. We will be happy to create a plan suited to your preferences. You may also provide your own alcoholic beverages and have us provide the mixers and bartenders. A one day Banquet Liquor License is required by the state, the fee is $55.00. We will be happy to file for the license on your behalf.

Tax & Gratuities

Add 10% to the menu price to cover local and state sales taxes. The service charge will vary depending upon such factors as the number of tables and the duration of the party. The average staffing charge is 18% to 22%. Our Staff are all professionals with at least 5 years experience and enjoy taking care of your guests.

Reservations

A deposit of $300 and a signed contract will guarantee our services. This sum is not refundable but is applied to the final bill. A further deposit is required two weeks out and payment in full is expected at the conclusion of the evening. We do not accept credit cards.

Final Guest Count

Your final guest count is due no later than Monday morning prior to your rehearsal dinner. A change in the number after that date may result in a surcharge.

Decorations and Musical Entertainment

Flower arrangements and other decorations are a matter of individual choice. We will be happy to recommend local florists. 

We can suggest several excellent local musicians who can provide live background music.  Many clients prefer to bring in a portable sound system with their favorite CDs. Should you wish to show “home movies” of the bride and groom, VCRs and monitors are available through local rental companies.
