This change of seasons offers us the opportunity to present our clients with some new entrée selections. We have incorporated ingredients available to us in the next few months into our Winter menu for your culinary enjoyment. We would like to put aside our Fall menu but understand that you may have some favorites that you would like to continue to order. In this case, we will try to accommodate your desires. The Winter selections offer a wide array of choices that we hope you will be unable to resist. Melissa and I are quite pleased with the new menu and look forward to preparing some new dishes for you to enjoy. Rather than making the entrée selections complete meals, we decided to offer the main part of the meal and customized the side dishes on an individual basis. The fresh seafood selections offer the most challenge due to availability. Freshness being paramount, we are sure that you will understand if a particular fish may not be available in the week you choose it. But we will exhaust our options to find it.
